There were also some new classics such as Mustang, Porsche and
Ferrari. The oldest car was a 1929 Lea-Francis.
Music this year from a Glenn Miller Tribute band plus Special Guest, Winston Churchill look-alike who has been created by Stan Streather as a
tribute to our great War-time leader Winston Churchill.
Shrewsbury Classic Car Festival money raised in 2016 was £1,200.29 and in 2017 £3,507.38 this was helped with match from Barclays bank of £1000.
We also held a music event in 2017 at Alberts Shed Shrewsbury which raised £424.35.
